City week.
Event Filming, Live Streaming and Photography Services
City & Financial Global brought us in to provide filming and photography services for City Week, the annual financial services conference in London. We filmed all conference sessions across 2 rooms. 3 cameras in each room. Mixed and live streamed out to the clients chosen platform with additional feeds provided for broadcast as well as screens in the venue. Daily highlight reels filmed and edited onsite to be played out at the end of each day in the Great Hall. Photos captured and delivered throughout the event to the C&F marketing team for continuous social updates during the event.
We have worked with City & Financial for 10 years on City Week and also film and live stream over 30 other events for them every year including the Women in Finance Summit, The AI Regulation Summit and Tokenisation Summit.

Social Media Video Services
For the second year Torque, a motorsport marketing agency, brought us in to provide social media video content for the McLaren Trophy motor racing series. We travelled to Misano, Belgium and Barcelona and filmed across each racing weekend. We edited onsite delivering daily content for the McLaren Trophy social media channels.
We have worked with Torque for over 8 years across various motorsport events in the UK and Europe.

Video Production Services
Working alongside Neil Phillips Photo and Film we travelled to the Duchy of Cornwall office and estate in Bath to film a series of videos on soil testing and Infiltration as well as a video with Matthew Morris, Rural Director for the Duchy of Cornwall for The Royal Countryside Funds up coming conference.
Benefact group.
Social Media Video Services
Switched On Comms asked us to film and create a number of social media videos for Benefact Group who were creating a floral display at the top of Christmas Steps in Bristol. The team from Benefact were then handing the flowers out from the display over the course of the day. We had a camera setup and ready at 5am in the morning for this shoot to capture the time-lapse of the floral display being built. The time-lapse was given to BBC Points West to be played out on the evening news. We also filmed some interviews and b-roll throughout the morning and then edited social media video reels for Instagram and YouTube.

arab british economic summit.
Event Filming, Live Streaming and Photography Services
We’ve worked with the Arab British Chamber of Commerce since the first Arab British Economic Summit providing filming and photography services for the annual summit. We had 3 cameras in the main hall to film all the conference sessions with a vision mixer behind the stage mixing the talks and streaming this to the clients YouTube channel as well as screens in the venue. We also captured footage during the event for a highlights video and testimonials from delegates and sponsors. These are used to help market future events. Our photographers were also onsite to capture photos during the event which were sent over to the marketing team to update social channels throughout the day.

Marie curie.
Event Filming Services
Marie Curie asked us to film their London Brain Game event 2024. We setup a camera in a side room against a backdrop to film interviews with the celebrity speakers as well as heads of some of the businesses supporting the event and then captured footage throughout the night to deliver a post event highlights video.
We’ve worked with Marie Curie for a number of years as one of their external video suppliers. Other projects in 2024 included their Reflection of 2024 end of year video and Lights to Remember event at Newcastle Cathedral. Please see below.
